Returned items must be:

  • returned with all original packaging, tags, and certificate of authenticity

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates included.

Return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges in EU

Exchanges within the EU are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

The item must be returned in original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and certificates included.

Exchanges in Rest Of The World

Exchanges outside the EU are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on product availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes related to the exchange.
