Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item. If your order is delivered to the European Union, you always have at least 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer rules.

Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at tommasobotessi@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns must be sent to the following address Piaristicka 72 Nitra Slovakia. Items sent back without first requesting a return may be refused.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you will bear the cost of returning the goods.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases we will cover the return costs.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for custom / made-to-order / personalised products, sealed personal care products once opened, and hazardous / flammable materials, where applicable under local law. Gift cards are non-returnable. Discounted items can be returned under the EU 14-day withdrawal right unless marked as final sale and permitted by law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get another item is to return the product and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. We will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery originally paid to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will refund you using your original payment method no later than 14 days after we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of returning them. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at tommasobotessi@gmail.com.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
