The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or perishable goods.

These Terms of Service and any agreements for the provision of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country where Tommaso Botessi is established.
